menopause or andropause. This intensive workshop is designed to establish or expand your effectiveness
in implementing and modulating BHRT programs in medical practice. The presenters lay a foundation of basics,
and then delve deep into advanced clinical complexities. This course catapults the beginner into major
effectiveness and significantly enriches the seasoned practitioner. Presentations are laced with ‘panels’
dedicating abundant time to questions, cases, and challenges. Walk away with tried and true evaluation and
treatment approaches, right down to the details for excellent vehicles and application modes, for estrogens,
androgens, adrenals, & thyroid.

Chelation Therapy Workshop -
A Full Day Workshop About EDTA Chelation Therapy
Course Description Heart disease is the #1 health problem for both women and men in the United States. About 29% of all
U.S. deaths are due to heart disease. Risk of coronary heart disease can be reduced by taking steps
to prevent those adverse factors that put people at greater risk for heart disease and heart attack.
Risk factors that need more attention include diet, nutrition and elimination of toxic metals from the
body. EDTA Chelation therapy involves repeated administration of a synthetic amino acid to reduce
atherosclerotic plaque and other toxic mineral deposits throughout the body. It’s use for heart disease
is studied at NCCAM; additionally toxic minerals, like lead, that cause heart disease are published in
the medical literature as is the effect of diet and nutrition on cardiac health.
Title List
1) History of Chelation - Richard Linchitz
2) Relationship of Heavy Metals to
Cardiovascular Disease - Lyn Patrick, ND
3) DMPS and DMSA Protocols -
Richard Nahas, MD
4)Expert Panel - Richard Linchitz, MD; Lyn
Patrick, ND; and Richard Nahas, MD
5) The Use of NaEDTA for Cardiovascular
Disease - Jeffery Morrison, MD
6 & 7) Testing for Heavy Metals - David Quig
8) Expert Panel - Jeffery Morrison, MD
and David Quig, PhD
9) The Role of Dentistry in the Prevention
of Heart Disease - Reid Winick, DDS
10) Heavy Metal Toxicity - James Baddle, MD
11) Legal Update - Rick Jaffey, ESQ
12) Expert Panel - Reid WInick, DDS; James
Biddle, MD; and Rick Jaffey, ESQ
13 & 14) Glutathione in Metals
Detoxification - Tim Guilford, MD
15) The Nuts and Bolts of EDTA chelation
Therapy - W.A. Shrader, Jr, MD
Course Learning Objectives
1) Review current risk factors and methods for testing for cardiovascular disease
2) Discuss how to apply the various tests for lead and heavy metal exposure
3) Understand how to use EDTA chelation therapy safely for heart disease and lead chelation
4) Decide how to apply which chelating agent properly for treatment of heavy metal accumulation
5) Gain competence in applying diet and nutrition in the clinical setting to improve cardiac health
6) Explain case studies and clinical strategies to identify and treat heart disease
7) Become proficient in IV technique for chelation therapy with a hands on workshop

Oxidative Therapy Workshop -
A Full Day Workshop About Oxidative Therapy
Course Description Oxidation provides a biological stimulus for the body to address acute and chronic infections,
circulation, metabolism, wound healing and prevention. With major pandemics of virus just
around the corner, and widespread chronic disease of unknown origin, assisting the body to idealize
its metabolism is an incredibly safe and effective means to stimulate healing. With the rise
in chronic conditions, autoimmune disorders, arthritis, and circulation issues makes learning
oxidations a must. The workshop discusses the use of intravenous hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet
blood irradiation, ozone therapy, high dose vitamin C for cancer. Participants will gain a basic
knowledge of redox metabolism. Theory, practical uses and world literature for oxidation is also be presented.
Title List
1) Ascorbic Acid - Jeanne Drisko, MD
2) Oxidative Summary -
Garry Gordon, MD, DO
3) Introduction to Oxidative Therapies -
Thomas Hesselink, MD
4) Expert panel - Thomas Hesselink, MD
and Garry Gordon, MD, DO
5) Hydrogen Peroxide Therapies -
Thomas Hesselink, MD
6) Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation
Therapy - Robert Rowan, MD
7) Ozone Therapy - Robert Rowan, MD
8) Advanced Oxidative
Therapies - Frank Morales, MD
Course Learning Objectives
1) Perform the intravenous hydrogen peroxide protocol
2) Perform the basic ultraviolet blood irradiation protocol
3) Command the terminology and biochemistry of redox reactions
4) Objectively compare the value of ozone versus ultraviolet procedures in the office
5) Employ IV high dose vitamin C for cancer care and infection
6) Have a basis for future self learning and education in oxidative therapies
7) Easily integrate oxidative therapies into their clinical practice
8) Intelligently compare the utility of all the oxidative therapies and be able to make a decision as to which one(s)
to use.
9) Implement the use of intravenous hydrogen peroxide upon return to their medical practice

Lyme Disease Against All Odds -
A Full Day Workshop By Leila H. Zackrison, MD
Course Description The Center for Disease Control reports that Lyme disease has almost tripled in the last 15 years.
Lyme is prevalent nationwide but is most commonly reported in the northeastern, upper Midwest and
northwestern United States. 20,000 cases are reported to the CDC annually, which represents only about
10% of the classic cases. Because Lyme is a great mimicker, the actual number of cases is estimated
to be in the millions. The workshop outlines and discusses an in depth picture regarding Lyme disease
and other tick borne diseases. It discusses early and latent Lyme disease, its systemic manifestations,
diagnostic testing, and a combination of conventional and alternative protocols that work.
This workshop provides fellow healthcare providers another perspective in the management of Lyme disease and
associated tick borne diseases, which encompasses a critical and careful look at a patient’s genetic predisposition,
detox dysfunction, heavy metals and toxin overload. With the prescription drugs and HEEL products, a healthcare
provider will be able to tailor treatment protocols specific to a patient’s presentation to facilitate an adequate management of Lyme disease.
Speaker Bio
Leila H. Zackrison, MD is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine
and Subspecialty Board of Rheumatology, National Board of Medical Examiners, and a Fellow of the
American College of Physicians and American College of Rheumatology. She has a Bachelor of Science,
Masters in Biochemistry and a Doctorate of Medicine from Loma Linda University in California. She
has been a practicing rheumatologist since 1993 and has special interest in infectious induced
rheumatic diseases, anti-aging medicine and natural hormone therapy. Dr. Zackrison’s approach to
patient care and management involves the total evaluation of the person with an emphasis on
active intervention and prevention through the fusion of
conventional and alternative therapies, as well as patient education. She is a proponent of
integrative therapies for treatment of infectious induced rheumatic diseases.
