The enclosed conference was especially selected to be captured in Digi Vision.
Many exciting features are in the product like video with power points and word search features just to name a few. While brand new, exciting developments are in the works. Soon you will be able word search in the audio format, now that is technology!

OPERATING DIGI VISION:

This is a Windows Media Player System and is a DVD-ROM. It will not play on a DVD player for your television, unless your T.V. is connected via an “S” cable. A DVD reader is necessary on your computer.

Select the desired disk, insert into your computer, in less than 30 seconds the title page will appear. This page shows the list of files. Each file is a lecture from the conference.
If this title screen does not come up, open it with the start button by going to My Computer. Left click the icon under Removable storage devices. DVD should be indicated. The title page should open from here.

Choose your topic and left click. The presentation and
DIGI VISION page will appear with conference information. You will see 2 boxes, video on the left and power point on the right.
Important:> If you have Norton Anti Virus software you will have to disable it and approve the disk information. The following security alert will appear as a line above the beginning DIGI VISION header. “To Help Protect Your Security”…Left click, then click to allow content, at this point the video and Power Point will appear.

Use the REFRESH button at any time to get the DVD-ROM to the correct point, or to help with the speed of locating items.

The DIGI VISION offers many options…

Below the video box, click on the Chapters button, in 3 seconds it creates headline chapters for all the slides by taking the largest type on the slide and creating a chapter. This feature is very helpful in reviewing the main themes of the slides, quickly. By clicking on the chapter listed, the synced video and slides will begin immediately. At any time during review you can click on a chapter and Digi Vision will take you there.

Just below the video is the slider bar. Click, hold and slide to the right to advance the video from start to end.
Below the slider button are the standard Microsoft features,Play & Pause.

Above the video box is the Search button, (sometimes slightly hidden). By clicking on the Search button you may enter any word and Digi Vision will search for that word or any part of the word. (for example the word “test” may bring you to testin or testosterone as well as test).

At this point you will see Search Text: this is the word, you searched for but with many of the sentences around the searched word. It can be helpful to read this. It gives the flavor on how the searched word is used in the slide. To review further or refine your search, click the mini slide on the right or the view button and the slide and video will come up together, synced and ready to listen and watch. To go back to your search, hit the back button. Using the correct spelling of a full word is most effective word search.

Remember if your ,search appears with "no matches", try again using only the root of the word for example: bone instead of bones.

Above the video OR slide boxes, click on the “FULL” button to view a larger screen.

However, in the, “FULL” mode the slide show will not advance, while you are viewing a full screen slide. It continues, video + slides under the full screen, so just pause it while you view the larger slide.

Keep it in the regular size to view the program, sync’d together.

While on a normal size slide, hit the FULL button above it to make it large. At this point right click the large image to save or e-mail, the j-peg of this slide. Do this while the slide is full screen. Hit the X to go back.

Digi Vision will not allow you to make a presentation of the slides, only a copy to you computer for personal use only.
The slides are the property of the speaker. They may be used for personal use only. They are not to be used or duplicated for publication without permission of the speaker. This is Copyrighted material & protected by law.

For better viewing of the slide program, use the Resolution Button to increase the size of the slide within the regular size box display.

Once you have completed a presentation or if you wish to make another selection, use the “back” button to return to the table of contents page then make the next selection. Or remove the dvd and reboot it again. To close the program, use the red X in the upper right corner or simply remove the disk.

To ensure years of enjoyment and quality of your Digi Vision, protect it from scratches by keeping it in its case when not in use.
